Challenge #1 and #2 of 30 Day Challenge

I feel pretty good about my first day.

My workout was Fit Chick Express class. It was so hot even though we were in the shade, but I did as much as I could ( being the instructor) and it felt good.

I "walked away from" many temptations today. Before I would go downstairs to get something and go grab some almonds or something else just out of habit, but today I just walked away and it felt great!

Getting back in the game

Ugh - I have been so out of the fitness game her of late!! I just got back from 3 weeks on the road (combinations of work and fun) and have to admit, the fitness thing went out the window. I am experiencing some health challenges that more than anything give me an excuse (in my own head) to not exercise and family reunion type get togethers are so focused on food. When I am on the road for work, I cannot check this site or log on Spark People, because I have a state-owned laptop.
